Yahoo to Rename to Altaba Inc., Marissa Mayer To Resign From Yahoo's Board

According to an SEC filing, Yahoo is to rename to Altaba Inc. upon closing of the sale, and the board to be reduced by five, including the departure of Marissa Mayer, Yahoo's CEO.
